"Lively Learning" – That’s what we call our Education hour on Sunday mornings, in other
places known as Sunday school or Church school or Discipleship classes.

Infants, Toddlers and Preschoolers
Infants, Toddlers, and Preschoolers are always
welcome at Peace. We offer outstanding childcare with an experienced daycare
employee, supported by volunteers. Preschoolers are encouraged to participate
in the first part of worship, leaving after the children’s sermon. They have a
special lively learning class at 11:30, where they learn just how much God
loves them.

Elementary Age Children
Elementary age children benefit greatly by
participating in “Godly Play” in early elementary years, while moving to “Walk
with Me” in latter years. In these lively learning classes, children hear the
parables of Jesus and other key stories of scripture. They learn to treasure
the mysteries of God and to reflect prayerfully on their relationship with the
Holy Spirit—and they have fun doing it!

Youth
Youth are
valued by the adults of this congregation. They are encouraged to ask
questions, to claim their own faith (through Confirmation classes) and to live
faithfully as Christ’s disciples in all the relationships of life. Middle and
High schoolers each have classes appropriate for their stage of life, as well
as fellowship activities on Sunday afternoons, retreats, and conferences. More about Our Youth Group
