Gia Havener (music), Judi Creneti (worship planning), Betsy Ciechanowski, Richard Deibert,
Mickey Miller, choir members, sound technicians and liturgists (and all who help with worship tasks)
- secure and train liturgists, greeters, offering collectors, communion preparers and servers
- oversee and support the music ministry of the church
- review bulletin, powerpoint and other aspects of worship
- prepare the worship space
- organize special services, i.e. Christmas Eve, Good Friday
